We ship to the United States of America and Puerto Rico. FREE SHIPPING on orders of $59 or more. For orders of $58.99 and below, the cost is $3.99. The estimated delivery times are 3 to 7 business days once the order is confirmed.
DELIVERY
The seller accepts orders subject to the factory’s available capacity at the time of receipt, its ability to obtain raw materials, as well as any priority or law imposed by the government that is or comes into effect during the manufacturing process and that, in one way or another, affects the estimated or promised delivery time. Products that are in stock will be processed immediately. The delivery times for products that are not available in the warehouse are estimated and will be subject to the delivery times offered by the parent company, possible inconveniences inherent in transportation and the nationalization of the products, and the buyer providing all essential data promptly for the execution of the work. ORGANIC NATURAL BEAUTY SUPPLY LLC will not be responsible for delays caused by strikes, fires, delays from material suppliers, or any disorder beyond the company’s control. In such cases, delivery will be postponed for as long as necessary. ORGANIC NATURAL BEAUTY SUPPLY LLC does not accept penalties of any kind on orders placed by its customers and/or in the purchase-sale contracts it enters into, unless they have been accepted in writing by a legal representative of ORGANIC NATURAL BEAUTY SUPPLY LLC. The seller will not be responsible for any loss, actual or consequential damage that originates from the customer or third parties due to delays in the delivery dates of the products. The seller is empowered to make partial or total shipments and to invoice separately. In the case of special products or assemblies, the delivery period will not begin until the buyer receives a written confirmation of order acceptance from ORGANIC NATURAL BEAUTY SUPPLY LLC.
Packaging
Transportation
The handling and loading of the merchandise from the platform of our means of transport will be the responsibility of the buyer. The buyer must comply with the indicated requirements to receive the merchandise in a manner that satisfies the requirements of the contracted insurance; otherwise, the merchandise travels at its own risk and expense. The cost of express shipments or through other transportation companies not selected by ORGANIC NATURAL BEAUTY SUPPLY LLC will be paid by the buyer.
FORCE MAJEURE
ORGANIC NATURAL BEAUTY SUPPLY LLC is not responsible for non-compliance or delays in compliance due to adherence to any regulation, order, act, instruction, or priority request issued by any federal, state, or municipal government or by any department or agency thereof, civil or military authority, acts of God, fires, floods, strikes, or other labor difficulties, acts or omissions by the buyer, embargoes, war, hostilities, riots, shipwrecks, transportation delays, or due to any other cause beyond the seller’s control. In the event of a delay in compliance due to any of the above causes, the delivery date or execution time will be extended for a period reasonably necessary to overcome the effect of the delay, without any penalty. Any contractual clause related to penalties for late deliveries will be void if any of the aforementioned conditions occur during the manufacturing and transportation period of the products.
